Teqplay ("us", "we", or "our") operates AIS Buddy (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the App.

Personal information

We collect some personal information that makes us able to separate one user from the other. This information is used to create your account in our systems and may include, but is not limited to your name, E-Mail address and mobile phone number

Device information

We collect a specific set of device information. This information includes information about the hardware model, the version of the running operating system, unique device identifiers and the status of the wireless network.

Account information

Communication is a core functionality of the app. By sending you notifications we can let you know about important events that take place. In order to do this we need to know the Google account identifier that belongs to the Google account you use on your phone.

Phone state

The app - might be able to / can - notify you of important events by letting an automated system call you on your phone. This is an optional functionality that, if available, you can enable and disable yourself. In order for this to work we need to read your current phone state. Information about your phone state that we read includes current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any phone accounts registered on the device.

Audio & microphone

As stated above, the app will in some circumstances be able to notify you of certain events by phone call - if you wish -. The app requests to access your device microphone only for these phone calls.
